This Technical Support Analyst provides installation, maintenance, testing, and acceptance of information technology products and services. The work includes account management, security installations, connectivity, configurations, and coordination with vendors and second-level support. You will support SharePoint, SaaS applications, desktop tools, mobile productivity tools, and operating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues for local and remote technology users
- Support O365, SharePoint, SaaS, Windows, and mobile tools
- Manage workstation operating system and application security updates
- Coordinate escalations with vendors and second-level support
- Document systems inventory, troubleshooting steps, and support practices
Requirements:
- Five or more years supporting desktop and mobile productivity tools
- Strong O365 applications knowledge, including SharePoint
- Experience with cloud and SaaS application integrations
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Technical diploma, Computer Science degree, and MCSE
