Responsibilities
- Optimize Service Now Discovery schedules and maintenance tasks
- Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers for seamless integration
- Develop Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE/IRR)
- Build comprehensive CMDB dashboards and health metrics
- Implement automated workflows and escalation processes for security incidents
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
- Strong skills in Java Script, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
- Experience with Discovery, MID Servers, and CMDB configurations
- Proven ability in REST and SOAP API development
