Flexspring, Inc. is seeking an independent Senior SAP HCM Consultant on an hourly contract to lead global SAP HCM, Onboarding and Compensation engagements from scoping to go-live, serving as the client-facing expert shaping scope, pricing assumptions and delivery. This role extends our services practice and directly influences deal size and expansion revenue.
You will drive discovery with HR and IT across multiple countries, translate requirements into defined scopes, and lead pre-sales.
