Lead FP&A, capital management, and strategic finance for Questbank in a hybrid environment requiring at least three office days weekly. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this senior finance leader acts as the CFO’s strategic delegate. The role oversees corporate forecasting, performance optimization, Finance Business Partnering, and Questbank’s financial strategy. It aligns planning with Questrade priorities while supporting executives and Board-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Recommend capital allocation decisions with CFO and Board stakeholders Direct annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and five-year plans Integrate AI, ML, and advanced analytics into Finance Oversee ICAAP, stress testing, and regulatory capital frameworks Hire, coach, and retain specialized finance talent Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or quantitative field Ten to twelve-plus years of corporate finance experience Experience in regulated financial services Seven-plus years leading, structuring, and mentoring Expertise in OSFI, ICAAP, ERP, and EPM platforms Bring strategic finance leadership, regulatory expertise, and AI-enabled planning to Questbank’s evolving enterprise finance model.
