Our Client, A SaaS-based technology company is looking for consultant who can deliver on the following key responsibilities:
- Assess IT organizations within large enterprises and evaluate their current operating models, organizational structures, and technology capabilities.
- Develop digital and IT strategies aligned with business objectives and enterprise-wide transformation goals.
- Analyze IT functions, governance structures, roles, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design of target-state IT operating models, organizational structures, and technology functions.
- Conduct benchmarking and best-practice assessments of IT organizations, particularly within the financial services sector.
- Develop actionable recommendations and transformation roadmaps for improving IT effectiveness, efficiency, and business alignment.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to present findings, validate recommendations, and support implementation planning.
- Apply structured problem-solving and analytical approaches to address complex technology and organizational challenges.
Experience: 3–5 years
Preferred Background: McKinsey, Bain, or BCG – Digital Practice
Location: North America
Citizenship Requirement: US or Canadian citizen
