If our ethos resonates with you, we'd love for you to join us!As a technology first company, we're currently looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Developer to join our team.The Role: As an Intermediate Full Stack Developer at FTS, you will report to the Head of Engineering with the responsibility of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across the full technology stack. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end solutions that support our core travel technology platform, working closely with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features.Responsibilities:* Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.* Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following established standards and best practices.* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the full stack.* Contribute to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.* Integrate third-party APIs and services as required by product features.* Support the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows.* Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and propose improvements where applicable.Experience/Skills Required:* 3–5 years of experience in full stack development.* Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular.* Solid back-end experience with Java, Python, Node.js or similar.* Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB).* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).* Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.* Experience in travel technology or e-commerce is an asset.What you can expect from us:* Remote work flexibility (minimum 3 days in office — based in Quebec)* Guidance from senior team members* Collaboration with a supportive and committed team* Prospects for personal and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
