Our global client is looking for a seasoned Guidewire developer to spearhead several major implementations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead design, development and enhancement of functionality within the Guidewire platform.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders/customers/developers/architects and other relevant parties to maintain functionality and optimization of Guidewire platform.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure efficient software delivery, optimized configuration and demand planning.
- Establish comprehensive development skill assessments and ensure constant feedback loop.
Requirements Must haves:
- 7 to 10+ years in overall IT experience, most of which has been within Guidewire Developer capacity.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Must currently reside in Canada and be legally allowed to work in Canada.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum or other Agile development methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of XML, Code Scan Plugin/Tools, Code Coverage, GIT/TFS/Subversion, GUnit, Netsparker, Sonarqube and relevant technologies.
- Expertise in Guidewire API, Modelling.
