Maintain industrial machinery at Flex-N-Gate using millwright expertise, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and fabrication skills. Shift work may be required.
This Maintenance Millwright installs, repairs, tests, and maintains machinery, equipment, and supporting structures. The work includes metal stamping presses, coil feeding equipment, servo transfer systems, overhead cranes, compressors, and chillers. You will also perform general mechanical and fabricating duties in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, maintain, test, and troubleshoot industrial machinery
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine procedures
- Assemble, align, fasten, and install machines and equipment
- Repair and lubricate machinery and equipment
- Document preventive maintenance activities as directed
Requirements:
- Provincial Trade License or equivalent experience
- Three to five years maintaining specified industrial equipment
- Knowledge of press room equipment and machine rebuilding
- Required metal fabricating experience
- Willingness to work shifts and midnights when required
