Maintain automotive manufacturing equipment as a Millwright with Flex-N-Gate, using mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on second shift. Work from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
This Millwright installs, repairs, maintains, tests, and troubleshoots machinery throughout the facility. You will support stamping presses, assembly machines, plant equipment, and maintenance systems. The position also includes minor electrical repairs, welding, and general mechanical fabrication duties. Flex-N-Gate manufactures components and supplies the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stamping presses, assembly machines, and plant equipment
- Install, repair, test, and troubleshoot facility machinery
- Complete preventative maintenance on systems and machines
- Perform minor electrical repairs and welding as needed
- Handle assigned mechanical and fabricating duties
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Red Seal Millwright license or eight years practical experience
- One to three years industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and die protection
- Ability to interpret drawings, sketches, and operating manuals
