- Edit and format documents for the Halifax Class Design Agent
- Ensure adherence to established quality and specification standards
- Tailor documents using XML tools within the Integrated Data Environment
- Support editing for reports from various departments
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- College diploma in fields like English or Technical Communications
- Experience in editing, proofreading, or administrative work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Experience with S1000D or Corel Draw is a plus
