This experienced Lead Client Service Associate role connects clients, advisors, custodians, insurance partners, and service colleagues. You will work with the Operations Manager to coordinate complex requests, maintain service workflows, and support a growing independent advisory firm. The position centers on accurate, responsive, and proactive client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding, account openings, transfers, and money movements
- Coordinate documentation, signatures, and custodian submissions
- Manage complex requests through timely resolution
- Support investment accounts, portfolio administration, and reporting
- Guide colleagues and improve service workflows
Requirements:
- Two to five plus years of relevant Canadian experience
- Knowledge of investment accounts, transfers, and administration
- Experience independently coordinating complex client requests
- Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and workflow tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
