This part-time Customer Service Representative supports the Ottawa Rideau Centre club as its first point of contact. You will greet members and potential members, manage calls, explain memberships, and assist with club services. The role also supports equipment questions, member issues, and positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and potential members upon club arrival
- Check members in for workouts and direct appointments
- Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
- Assist with FitFix and Cardio machine questions
- Complete cleaning tasks and club runs as required
Requirements:
- Hold CPR-A and AED Certification
- Become Smart Tan certified within three months
- Demonstrate customer focus, approachability, and interpersonal savvy
- Communicate excellently in written and verbal interactions
- Use computers proficiently; sales experience is an asset
