FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with business leaders across operations in Metro Vancouver. The role focuses on strengthening employee experience and driving HR initiatives on a cross-functional basis.
You will advise People Leaders on employee relations, oversee performance management, absence management, training, compliance and benefits administration, while collaborating with the HR Director and senior leadership to align HR activities with the business objectives.
