As a full-time Accounts Payable Associate, you will provide accounting services to clients across BC. The varied role supports the Accounting team through invoice processing, vendor administration, cheque handling, and payment coordination. Strong communication and organization help manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices accurately with focused attention to detail
- Code and approve utility invoices with tight due dates
- Analyze and resolve accounts with issues
- Facilitate cheque runs, including printing, sorting, and mailing
- Answer vendor and property management inquiries promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum one year in a high-volume numeric typing position
- Basic knowledge of the accounts payable cycle
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
- Excellent organization for multiple tasks and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
