Key Responsibilities:
- Discuss building operations and tenant concerns with Property Managers
- Clean and inspect common areas throughout the property
- Identify maintenance needs across building systems and grounds
- Complete minor repairs and coordinate contractors for extensive work
- Advertise vacancies, screen applications, and complete tenancy paperwork
Requirements:
- At least two years of Building Manager experience
- Previous rental building experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Building systems and basic handyperson experience are assets
- Ability to patrol stairs and lift 50 pounds
