Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze loan proposals and conduct thorough commercial due diligence
- Develop terms, pricing, conditions, and covenants
- Prepare loan packages, reports, and compliance materials
- Model portfolio performance across varied asset classes
- Review financial statements and recommend risk mitigation
Requirements:
- Business diploma, degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Up to four years commercial lending or credit adjudication experience
- Understanding of commercial loans, risk trends, and warning indicators
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and numerical accuracy skills
- Comfort using computers, particularly Microsoft Office
