First National seeks an AI Product Manager accountable for direction, delivery, adoption, and outcomes. You will partner with the Residential Underwriting Business SME and AI Engineering Lead. The work spans product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, requirements, validation, rollout, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, release plan, and success measures
- Analyze underwriter, broker, servicing, and operational workflows
- Translate policy requirements and user needs into product requirements
- Lead three-in-a-box decisions across scope, risk, cost, and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline
