You will onboard new clients, review financial data, and establish processes for our Staff Accountants. Your insight will help simplify the complexities of our clients' financial operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard clients by assessing their financial processes
- Review and clean up historical financial data
- Establish standardized processes for Staff Accountants
- Oversee Staff Accountants' work for accuracy
- Present financial analysis to management and clients
Requirements:
- Experience in an accounting firm managing clients
- E-Commerce or manufacturing experience preferred
- Proven track record in people management
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
