- Oversee repairs, inspections, and service reporting
Requirements
- 4+ years working with Caterpillar equipment
- Proven supervisory experience in heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong understanding of safety and shop operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification is an asset
