Support QNX sales order processing with Excel, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination while building practical finance experience. This regular position includes 40 scheduled weekly hours.
As a Financial Analyst, you will help maintain accurate financial information through daily processes and established controls. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to resolve order-processing issues and work with finance colleagues. The position offers hands-on exposure to month-end activities, accounting systems, and audit requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review sales orders against policies, approvals, and controls
- Resolve order-processing issues with Sales and Customer Success
- Prepare journal entries supporting month-end activities
- Reconcile accounts and escalate discrepancies appropriately
- Document information for audits and compliance activities
Requirements:
- Foundational knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes
- Experience in finance, accounting, co-op, or internship preferred
- Working Excel knowledge with formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
- Financial or ERP systems exposure, such as NetSuite or Oracle
- Clear communication and effective cross-functional collaboration
