Final POS Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Associate to ensure Newfoundland and Labrador merchants realize value after the sale. You'll report to the Head of Sales and guide onboarding, configuration, and initial live use.
You will maintain relationships as the primary post-sale contact, work with Product and Support to resolve issues, track health in the CRM, and gather feedback to influence the roadmap. This in-person role is based in St. John's with travel across the province as needed.
