Field Trip Health is a national private-pay mental health organization with clinics across Canada. We specialize in innovative, evidence-based treatments delivered by healthcare professionals in a highly regulated environment. We're growing and looking for an exceptional salesperson to join our team.

This is a high-performance sales role in healthcare. You'll work with people who have already expressed interest in our services, helping them understand their options, overcome barriers to moving forward, and make informed decisions about their care.

We're hiring an Account Executive – Inbound Sales to manage prospective client relationships from initial inquiry through discovery, follow-up, and conversion. This is a high-volume, phone-based, consultative sales role with meaningful earning potential, clear performance expectations, and opportunities for advancement.

Your success will depend on how effectively you manage those opportunities, follow up, and convert interested prospects into clients. We're especially interested in people who have consistently outperformed their peers in industries such as luxury travel, automotive sales, education and admissions, financial services, fitness, or other consultative consumer sales environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand prospective clients’ needs, motivations, concerns, and readiness to move forward.
  • Build trust, explain our treatment programs, and clearly communicate pricing, insurance considerations, and available payment options.
  • Confidently address questions and objections related to cost, timing, uncertainty, and hesitation.
  • Follow up consistently and proactively with prospective clients who have not yet made a decision.
  • Convert qualified inquiries into booked medical consultations and, as the role expands, own the sales process through payment and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate client records, manage your pipeline, and execute structured follow-up sequences in HubSpot CRM.
  • Take personal accountability for sales activity, conversion rates, bookings, and revenue‑related performance.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure clients receive accurate information and appropriate next steps.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Competitive, disciplined, persistent, build rapport easily, highly coachable, and accountable for their results.
  • They don't wait for opportunities to come to them. They make the calls, stay on top of their follow‑ups, continuously improve their skills, and take pride in outperforming their targets.

We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales performance: A demonstrated history of exceeding quotas, achieving strong conversion rates, generating meaningful sales revenue, or consistently ranking among the top performers on a sales team.
  • Exceptional work ethic: You enjoy a fast‑paced environment, are comfortable with high call volumes, and understand that consistent activity drives results.
  • A closer's mentality: You take ownership of the outcome rather than simply qualifying leads or booking appointments for someone else.
  • Persistent follow‑through: You're organized, responsive, and unwilling to let good opportunities disappear because of inadequate follow‑up.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: You know how to ask thoughtful questions, build trust, explain value, and confidently guide people toward decisions.
  • Resilience and coachability: You're comfortable with ambitious targets, constructive feedback, and continuously refining your approach.
  • Professionalism and empathy: You understand that selling healthcare services requires honesty, discretion, and sound judgment.

What We're Looking For:

  • You have a track record of strong individual sales performance and can back it up with numbers.
  • You've consistently met or exceeded sales targets, ranked highly among your peers, or received recognition for your results.
  • You've personally owned sales conversations, handled objections, followed up with prospects, and closed business.
  • You're comfortable spending much of your day on the phone, making outbound follow‑up calls and managing inbound opportunities.
  • You're highly motivated by performance‑based compensation and the opportunity to earn more through stronger results.
  • You're comfortable using CRMs, tracking your performance, and working toward clearly defined KPIs.
  • You're able to communicate professionally and confidently in English with clients across Canada. French proficiency is considered a strong asset, but not required.
  • You want to build a long‑term career with a growing organization.

We value exceptional performance more than a particular industry background or number of years of experience. Healthcare experience is not required. We'll provide training on our programs and processes.

Compensation & Earning Potential:

  • Base salary: $50,000 per year.
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $70,000+ annually. Top performers earn approximately $100,000 annually.
  • Performance‑based variable compensation rewards strong sales and conversion results.
  • Opportunities to increase your earnings through stronger performance and greater sales production.
  • Career advancement opportunities into senior sales and leadership positions.
  • Structured onboarding, sales coaching, established processes, and CRM tools.
  • Paid time off.

Hours & Working Environment:

This is a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday position based in Toronto, with a hybrid work arrangement. This is an environment for people who are motivated to perform. We value people who take ownership of their results, stay engaged throughout the day, and are willing to go beyond the minimum required to succeed.

Why Join Field Trip Health:

  • Meaningful financial upside: Top performers have demonstrated the ability to earn approximately $100,000 annually.
  • Warm inbound opportunities: Spend your time speaking with people who have already expressed interest in our services rather than relying exclusively on cold prospecting.
  • A performance‑driven culture: Work with a collaborative team that values accountability, initiative, strong execution, and measurable results.
  • An opportunity to own the full sales process: Help shape our evolution toward a full‑cycle Account Executive model.
  • Meaningful work: Help people navigate an important decision about accessing mental health care.
  • Growth potential: Join an expanding Canadian healthcare organization with opportunities to take on greater responsibility.
