Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to Fidelity Canada companies and business lines
- Advise on securities laws and regulatory matters
- Prepare disclosure documents and material contracts
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Assist with regulatory filings and securities regulator interactions
Requirements:
- LL.B. or J.D. degree
- Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society
- Four years post-call experience in relevant securities law
