Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Financial Controller will oversee the complete accounting cycle and ensure reliable financial information. You'll develop financial tools, coordinate audits, and manage a dynamic accounting team. Your partnership with management will drive key strategic decisions and optimize processes, including the implementation of a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full accounting cycle and ensure information reliability
- Produce financial statements and analyze management reports
- Coordinate audits and maintain relationships with auditors
- Develop performance analysis tools for cost control
- Manage and develop the accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/business administration
- CPA title required
- 5 to 8 years of experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ASPE accounting standards
- Experience in an ERP environment preferred
