Felix is hiring an HR Business Partner to support frontline operations across our network, including Mississauga and Richmond Hill with periodic travel to Port Coquitlam. You’ll own employee relations, policy, and employee experience for pharmacy and fulfillment teams, partnering with Pharmacy Operations and Talent teams.
You’ll report to the VP, HR, sit close to decision-makers, and contribute to scale-up initiatives as the company expands across provinces.
