Responsibilities
Assurer le ramassage et la livraison courtois et efficace des colis sur une route assignée; vérifier que tous les envois sont conformes aux modalités de service de Federal Express Canada; fournir des fonctions de service à la clientèle connexes.
Provide courteous and efficient pick‐up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; check all shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; provide related customer service functions.
Qualifications
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
- High school diploma/educational equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‐placement driver assessment training.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
- One (1) year of customer oriented business experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment.
- Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.
- Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
- If residing in Quebec, bilingual in French and English is required.
