Lead Fengate Asset Management’s responsible investment strategy from Houston, Miami, or Toronto, using ESG expertise and sustainability analysis. As Head of Responsible Investment, you will shape governance and implementation across infrastructure, private equity, and real estate strategies. Partner with investment teams and corporate functions to evaluate sustainability risks, value creation opportunities, reporting needs, and evolving investor expectations. This strategic role reports to a member of Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Fengate’s responsible investment strategy
- Integrate sustainability considerations across investment processes
- Lead ESG data collection, review, and quality assurance
- Prepare investor reporting, fundraising content, and disclosures
- Advise leaders on emerging responsible investment developments
Requirements:
- Five or more years in responsible investment, ESG, or sustainability
- Understanding of infrastructure assets and decarbonization strategies
- Knowledge of private markets reporting frameworks
- Degree in a relevant business, finance, or sustainability discipline
- Ability to influence teams and external stakeholders
- Bring responsible investment leadership, ESG knowledge, and sustainability value-creation expertise to Fengate’s investment platform.
