Apply financial analysis and credit judgment as an Agriculture Business Financing Loans Analyst with FCC, supporting lending decisions through hybrid work options.
This permanent position supports FCC's national Underwriting team with agriculture lending analysis. You will assess risk, structure loans, prepare credit submissions, and support Relationship Managers. The work combines financial spreading, credit adjudication, policy review, loan administration, and collaboration with Credit Risk and Underwriting colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer information and complete financial spreading and analysis
- Prepare credit submissions, rationales, and risk recommendations
- Confirm credit requests meet policy before approval
- Review loan structures and approve financial inputs within authority
- Process amendments and maintain compliance and credit quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, commerce, economics, or agriculture
- Minimum four years of lending or agriculture experience
- Understanding of agriculture financial structures
- Experience in financial analysis, adjudication, or underwriting
- Proficiency with software applications and financial analysis tools
