FCC supports Canadian agriculture and food as a federal Crown corporation. As a Senior Loans Analyst, you will analyze customer information, assess credit risk, recommend loan structures, and negotiate submissions. The work focuses on complex agribusiness and agri-food proposals, requiring strong lending knowledge and sound judgement. You will partner with Senior Relationship Managers and Credit Risk throughout authorization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and negotiate complex agribusiness and agri-food credit submissions
- Analyze financial statements, source documents, and business information
- Recommend loan structures, terms, conditions, and security agreements
- Complete account reviews, compliance monitoring, and eligibility submissions
- Manage customer relationships within unilateral authority and scorecard limits
Requirements:
- Degree in business, economics, agriculture, or equivalent experience
- At least four years of commercial or agriculture lending experience
- Advanced credit analysis and complex lending risk mitigation expertise
- Strong knowledge of lending processes, policies, and procedures
- Proficiency in English and French, orally and in writing
