Duties and Qualifications
- Must have parts ordering experience
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work for mechanics
- Manage and coordinate the Service Department
- Create and update work orders and finalize invoices
- Order and return parts
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in customer service
- Manage inbound customer calls and make outbound order calls
- Handling customer complaints and inquiries
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have previous experience in automotive dealership and automotive industry
- Must have a valid G drivers license
- Familiar with Mitchell 1 automotive repair software
