Build reliable event experiences at Fastly through AV engineering, live streaming, and global office systems in a hybrid work model. Support company events and conference room technology across San Francisco or Denver. As a Global AV Events and Production Engineer, you will design, install, and configure integrated AV systems across corporate offices. You will maintain documentation, equipment inventories, and conference room systems while supporting Communications, Events, Workplace, vendors, and service desk operations. The work includes pilots, troubleshooting, training, and event support. Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site AV support and live streaming for company events Design, install, and configure AV systems across global offices Collaborate with vendors, Communications, Events, and Workplace teams Maintain AV standards, documentation, training, and equipment inventories Monitor, prioritize, resolve, and route service desk requests Requirements:
Five-plus years designing and deploying integrated AV systems Service desk, IT support, or help desk triage experience Experience managing stakeholders, vendors, timelines, and competing demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Jira, Zoom, or Teams Apply AV engineering, live event production, and service desk expertise to Fastly’s growing global technology program.
