Vous exercerez comme notaire dans une étude en croissance, en collaboration étroite avec Me Taravat Farokhian et son équipe. Vous conseillerez les clients, préparerez des actes et suivrez vos dossiers. Le poste couvre notamment le droit immobilier résidentiel et commercial, les testaments, les mandats de protection et les successions.
Responsabilités principales :
- Conseiller les clients dans leurs démarches juridiques
- Préparer, réviser et recevoir les actes notariés
- Gérer et suivre vos dossiers de façon complète
- Collaborer avec institutions financières et courtiers immobiliers
- Travailler avec le personnel juridique et administratif
Profil recherché :
- Être membre de la Chambre des notaires du Québec
- Être en voie de le devenir en 2027
