As a Seasonal Tax Services Associate, you will visit approximately 200 Members from January through April or May. You will collect documents, use FBC's guided software, and hand complex returns to Tax Advisors. No tax or bookkeeping experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned Members at farms, offices, or homes
- Collect and photograph tax documents using a mobile device
- Prepare complete T1 returns in guided software
- Flag complex matters for Tax Advisors
- Introduce useful FBC and Harvest services
Requirements:
- Enjoyment of conversation and building trust quickly
- Comfort visiting rural and remote properties
- Confidence using tablets or laptops
- Ability to manage schedules and upload deadlines independently
- Reliable vehicle, driver's license, and current registration
