Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory, ordering, invoicing, schedules, and payroll functions
- Ensure accurate merchandising and product rotation
- Maintain adequate staffing coverage and department cleanliness
- Promote Safe Food Handling and Health and Safety compliance
- Assist with related duties supporting store success
Requirements:
- Minimum one year progressively responsible supervisory experience
- Business post-secondary program or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Clear, professional communication and analytical skills
- English fluency; French language skills are an asset
