Conduct consumer debt assessments for Farber, combining Licensed Insolvency Trustee expertise with clear communication and precise file review. This position is remote. As an experienced Insolvency Trustee, you will assess Canadians seeking insolvency filings and help ensure CRM files meet professional and legal standards. You will attend Resolution Team meetings, complete consultation meetings, and provide exceptional client service. Coaching new Debt Solution Managers is also part of the work. Key Responsibilities:
Assess debtors seeking consumer insolvency filings Review CRM file quality for Resolution Team review Perform initial consultation meetings when required Attend regional Court proceedings as needed Coach and develop new Debt Solution Managers Requirements:
Canadian Licensed Insolvency Trustee license Minimum five years of insolvency practice experience Strong ethics serving consumers and stakeholders Ability to learn technologies and processes Detail-oriented approach to solving complex issues Use your insolvency practice experience, assessment judgment, and communication skills to support Farber’s debt resolution services remotely.
