You will help clients build resumes, complete applications, prepare for interviews, and pursue sustainable employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to clients, staff, employers, and community members
- Deliver individual and group pre-employment support
- Create workshops based on current job seeker needs
- Connect regularly with clients to maintain engagement
- Document client activity and employment outcomes
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years of recent relevant experience
- Career and Employment Services experience
- Knowledge of Employment Ontario programs and services
- Equivalent education and experience may be considered
