Test FanDuel Sportsbook and Casino products across Ontario and Alberta while analyzing competitors, customer behavior, and product improvements. This hybrid Canada co-op connects product insights with cross-functional collaboration.
As a Product Co-op student, you will support FanDuel's Product team in growing its Canadian sportsbook and casino offerings. The work combines competitor analysis, app testing, customer research, customer data, and presentation preparation. You will communicate Canadian customer and product needs with United States Engineering and Product teams when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitors' products, user experiences, and customer experiences
- Test FanDuel applications and recommend product improvements
- Document notable product changes and improvements
- Support presentations, operations, and product testing
- Coordinate customer research and examine customer behavior data
Requirements:
- Pursuing computer science, UX/UI design, digital marketing, or business
- Expected degree completion between April 2027 and June 2028
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, or AI tools
