Bring CRM and promotional operations expertise to Fanatics Betting and Gaming, with live-platform troubleshooting and incident leadership at the center. This senior role sets delivery standards across campaigns, promotions, and content for Fanatics’ owned channels. You will manage operational readiness from approved brief through deployment and monitoring, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Compliance, and Legal. Your leadership will strengthen controls, player experience, and recurring incident resolution. Key Responsibilities:
Control end-to-end delivery across CRM and promotional workstreams Troubleshoot execution issues and coordinate recovery communications Drive root-cause resolution for recurring high-severity incidents Set standards for audiences, eligibility, testing, deployment, and monitoring Partner with CRM Planning, Customer Support, and VIP Requirements:
Six-plus years in CRM, campaign, promotional, or delivery operations Strong knowledge of XtremePush, Braze, Optimove, or similar platforms Proven incident response and operational judgment under pressure Process, controls, service-level, and performance-reporting improvement experience Experience in regulated iGaming or sports betting preferred Use CRM operations, promotional platforms, governance, and incident management expertise to improve Fanatics Betting and Gaming delivery.
