Key Responsibilities:
- Co-facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups and workshops
- Create safe, inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments
- Support skills development in mental health and relationships
- Adapt content for diverse participant needs
- Maintain confidential participant documentation and records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychotherapy, or related field
- Registration with a relevant regulatory body
- Experience facilitating therapeutic or skills-based groups
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices
- Availability for evening work and Vulnerable Sector Check
