Key Responsibilities:
- Review applicant income and employment information
- Process income and trailing documents received
- Follow up with dealerships about pending or missing items
- Contact employers to corroborate applicant information
- Update customer interactions, accounts, and files
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, arithmetic, investigative, and listening skills
