Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor greets guests, settles accounts, and supports overnight hotel operations. The position includes cashiering, cash handling, posting charges, and reviewing rates. It also requires resolving concerns, assisting emergencies, and promoting hotel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in, and settle guest accounts
- Maintain accurate charges, routing, rates, and audit functions
- Resolve concerns and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash, currency exchange, and float balancing
- Monitor room inventory and promote hotel services
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- One year of hotel front desk or night audit experience asset
- Previous PMS and front office applications experience asset
- English communication and strong problem-solving abilities
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
