Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Housekeeping and Laundry operations for leadership synergy
- Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and colleague relationships
- Manage payroll and departmental expenses within budget guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and environmental standards
- Coordinate capital projects with the Executive Committee
Requirements:
- Two to three years of senior housekeeping leadership experience
- Leadership, development, and delegation skills for large teams
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and Property Manager System knowledge
- University degree or Hotel Management Diploma preferred
