As a Server at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, you will support the private Fairmont Gold hotel-within-a-hotel experience. You will deliver food and beverage service, maintain lounge exclusivity, and respond to business executive and leisure traveler needs. The position requires guest-service commitment, initiative, and physical ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute food and beverage service for Fairmont Gold guests
- Greet guests and maximize breakfast seating
- Set up buffet and lounge tables for services
- Communicate requests and preferences with supervisors and departments

Requirements:
- One year of buffet-service food and beverage experience
- Recognized commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical fitness for repeated tray lifting, standing, and walking
