As a Spa Experience Coordinator, you will create memorable arrivals and support guests throughout their visits. The position combines spa reception, treatment scheduling, guest communication, and payment processing. You will also support Spa Reservations while adapting to shifting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized greetings and resolve guest concerns
- Assist guests with treatment selections and spa knowledge
- Book treatments and respond to phone and email inquiries
- Oversee reception, facility access, tours, and inventory
- Process payments and complete booking quality checks
Requirements:
- Minimum one year spa or hospitality experience
- Similar position experience preferred
- Hospitality diploma or degree considered an asset
- Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel literacy
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
