This Staff Engineer role suits a highly experienced technical leader focused on experimentation infrastructure. You will shape technical vision, guide adoption across organizational boundaries, and balance hands-on development with leadership. The work supports product teams, data scientists, Strategy and Analytics, and other experiment users. Key Responsibilities:
Define company-wide experimentation and measurement strategy Build the Eppo-powered centralized experimentation platform roadmap Develop lifecycle, governance, and self-service experimentation standards Partner with Strategy and Analytics, Product Management, and Data Science Establish experiment design, metric, and interpretation patterns Requirements:
Extensive software engineering and experimentation infrastructure experience Expertise designing and scaling SaaS experimentation platforms Deep understanding of A/B, multivariate testing, and progressive delivery Experience with Eppo or experimentation platforms Strong SQL and scalable analytical data modeling skills Shape Faire’s experimentation platform through technical vision, Eppo expertise, measurement strategy, and hands-on engineering leadership.
