Lead F12’s regional growth through financial leadership and operational excellence while shaping client experience and culture across a provincial or regional market. Reporting to the COO, the General Manager directs revenue growth, technical service delivery, and operational performance. This senior leadership role develops regional strategy, manages client relationships, and promotes the F2 brand. The GM also builds referrals and business acquisitions through active regional community participation. Key Responsibilities:
Create annual regional strategic plans for growth and retention Own regional P&L, forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting Lead existing-client sales and account management teams Oversee managed services delivery and client experience Streamline operations, facilities, vehicles, and warehouse management Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience Track record delivering business and financial results Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a technical field Financial acumen in budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Experience monitoring metrics across business units and portfolios Bring strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational discipline to F12’s regional growth, service delivery, and client relationships.
