The opportunity EY Technology Consulting is a fast-moving and high-growth area within EY. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager – SAP Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Applications EAM/Plant Maintenance team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential. We are looking for an individual who combines experience leading SAP projects with an aptitude for driving sales pursuits and for helping grow our business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• The SAP Solution Architect brings deep SAP functional and technical knowledge across the SAP S/4HANA stack to delivery robust, end-to-end SAP enabled processes and solutions to clients.
• Responsible for the design of end-to-end SAP-enabled processes and solutions, proactively managing all integration points across SAP EAM and Plant Maintenance.
• Work with SAP functional teams to design, build, and implement complex cross-functional SAP solutions.
• Responsible for managing consistency and quality of solutions across functional SAP workstreams.
• Support SAP functional teams through the evaluation and design of custom development (RICEFW) solutions.
• Lead SAP ‘Phase 0 projects, including developing SAP deployment strategies and SAP-enabled technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with SAP reporting and analytics, BASIS, development, data, and cutover/test management teams.
• Lead business development activities, including RFP pursuits, developing new SAP assets/offerings.

Skills And Attributes For Success:

• 10+ years’ experience with multiple end-to-end implementations of SAP or similar ERP system in a solution architect role.
• Experience with Inventory Management, Procurement, Plant Maintenance, Outage Management, and Transportation Management Systems and Processes, Material Management and Project Systems.
• Proficient with configuration of PM, EAM, MM, and limited PS, including integration with finance.
• SAP Energy sector experience is desired, but not a must have.
• Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily.
• The ability to effectively team with diverse skills and backgrounds and foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Experience with (leading) proposal writing and preparing and delivering orals presentations.
• An interest in staying abreast of SAP and project management trends.
• A forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on adapting quickly to new challenges.
• A strong work ethic, an ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease, and a high degree of professionalism to tackle evolving, challenging and diverse client needs.
