Shape strategic internal communications at EY through compelling writing, leadership messaging, and integrated campaigns for teams across Canada. Develop stories that connect people with meaningful business priorities. This Internal Communications Specialist supports EY’s national Brand, Marketing and Communications team. You will create communications for Assurance, Consulting, EY-Parthenon and Tax, working with senior leaders and internal stakeholders. The work includes storytelling, campaign planning, channel execution, editing, and communications measurement. Key Responsibilities:
Support business objectives through strategic internal communications Prepare stories, leadership messages, newsletters, and website content Coordinate with marketing, social, design, translation, and stakeholder teams Contribute ideas during brainstorming and planning discussions Measure and report communications results to stakeholders Requirements:
Post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, or related fields Five or more years of professional communications experience Experience planning and supporting strategic communications campaigns Ability to influence leaders at different organizational levels Strong editing, proofreading, organization, and detail skills Bring strategic writing, campaign development, and stakeholder communication expertise to EY’s national internal communications team.
