As a Manager in EY’s People Advisory Services Mobility practice, you will support multinational employers and internationally mobile individuals. You will deliver Canadian and US tax compliance and advisory solutions, manage client relationships, and guide team members. The work includes cross-border employment, compensation, and mobility matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Canadian and US expatriate tax engagements
- Review complex personal income tax returns
- Advise clients on cross-border tax matters
- Manage budgets, schedules, timelines, and engagement economics
- Coach Senior Tax Staff and Tax Staff
Requirements:
- Canadian or US personal taxation foundation
- Several years of relevant taxation experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- CPA, Enrolled Agent, or relevant tax designation
- Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Apply Canadian and US tax expertise, client advisory judgment, and people leadership across EY global mobility engagements.
