We help the world’s largest financial institutions navigate the rapidly evolving Digital Assets landscape. More than ever, our clients look to us for trusted advice on every engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity to support the Capital Markets sector on their Digital Assets journey on their traded product roadmaps, digital currency enablement, defining and launching new operating models, designing system selection and configuration, regulatory assessment and applications, risk and control frameworks, and client offering. Your key responsibilities

• As a Manager in Digital Assets, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Digital Assets practice.
• You will bring the vision of the future of Capital Markets on the blockchain to life through business development activities such as developing thought leadership, preparing client proposals, and organizing go-to-market campaigns.
• Your responsibilities include generating new business opportunities by building a strong network across the Capital Markets sector and delivering innovative solutions to clients’ most strategic initiatives.
• You will lead workstreams and projects to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
• Representing EY on client sites, you will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing insights and connecting them to EY’s broad range of offerings.
• You will motivate and develop a diverse team, inspiring them to exceed their potential while establishing a strong foundation in Digital Assets for Capital Markets use cases.
• You will foster a professional environment that differentiates EY from competitors and supports the growth of junior talent.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with foundational knowledge of Digital Assets, Capital Markets trade flows, risk management, data, technology, regulatory compliance, market infrastructure.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Digital Assets or Capital Markets industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of front-to-back Capital Markets trade flows for Digital Assets operations.
• Experience with leveraging advanced technology to inform design decisions.
• Proven experience managing or leading teams and projects.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Tech-savviness and willingness to learn and apply relevant tools and software.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and client service skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in advisory roles.
• Availability to travel as needed within and outside of Canada.
